Someone researching a move taps "Request a callback" and leaves their number. Each verified click on that button uses 1 Ad Credit.

You get a text and an email with a link to their dossier: what they want in a place, and where else they are looking.

Questions
Who sees my card? +
Readers who open the county pages you picked, on the map and on the county profile. When several realtors pick the same county, they take turns: each visit shows one of them.
What is an Ad Credit? +
One verified click on your "Request a callback" button. Your plan includes 2 Ad Credits a month for each $1, so $10 a month includes 20. We decide which clicks are verified: repeat clicks from the same visitor on the same day, your own clicks and automated traffic are not counted.
What happens when my credits run out? +
Your card is paused until your next billing month starts, and we email you. Upgrade your monthly allowance from your dashboard to put it back the same day. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing month.
What do I get with each request? +
The reader's name and phone number, their email if they give it, the county they asked from and their wishlists (the things they tell you matter in a place to live). When they are signed in, you also see the counties they saved, and their lists stay current for 90 days.
Do readers have to sign in? +
Yes.
Can I sponsor more than one county? +
Yes, as many as you like, added or removed from your dashboard at any time. One monthly allowance covers them all.
Is there a referral fee when a lead closes? +
No. You subscribe for advertising. We never take a share of a transaction.
How do I pay? +
By card, as a monthly subscription from $10 to $200, chosen on your dashboard. The fee is a non-refundable service fee, earned when billed. Ad Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
